Session Objective: Demo of Ariba and Fieldglass solutions demonstrating the capabilities of the software. These demos are intended to act as a reference for participants going into future state design workshops, to better understand the capabilities of the software and inform discussions for how best to configure future-state environments.

Through these demonstration, the project team will demonstrate out of the box functionality which will not be representative of the future state for GC EPS solution.

Session Objective: This session is meant to review the differences between GC current state upstream processes and leading practices. This is meant to be a participative workshop with the intention of discussing where deviation exists in level 4 activities and determine how to close the deltas to achieve leading business practices. This session is intended for EPS champions from PSPC and OGD.
