Outcome
Outcome: Organizational intelligence, improved efficiency and collective action.

TBS initiated the Open and Accessible Digital Workspace to Provide:

  • A common set of widely open, accessible working tools for public servants and partners across sectors and jurisdictions to work together on civic projects
  • Access to a set of digital services that meet public service's commitments to security, accessibility and language requirements.
  • Ability to quickly and easily adapt tools to individual team or project needs
  • Reduction in time and resource costs by working and building together
  • A way to co-create, adapt and develop workplace solutions that leverage the contributions and insights across teams and organizations
This project can not be done alone, therefore we have developed a partnership model to make it easy for groups to quickly join and become part of this initiative. Specifically, we are looking to develop a first cohort of partners for 2018-2019 to help with the first stage of development for the Open and Accessible Digital Workspace.

Partnership Options

Anchor Partnerships

We are looking for three (3) partners to invest $250-500,000 to meet your enterprise needs and contribute these solutions to the broader OADW consortium. Anchor partners support the open beta and scaled roll-out of three core components of the Open and Accessible Digital Workspace.

Building Block Partnerships

We are looking for six (6) partners to invest $50-100,000 to contribute to integration projects, demonstrating best practices for integrating the Digital Workspace services with existing technologies.

Nimble Partnerships

We are looking for twelve (12) invest $10-$25,000 to pilot a joint R&D fund for digital government, testing ways for multiple smaller governments and government units (e.g. municipalities, townships, or innovation units within larger organizations) to invest in and shape the tools that support them.
