Welcome to the Canada's Free Agents GCcollab Wiki page! From 2016-26, Canada's Free Agents was a model for workforce mobilization. It offered public servants the freedom to select work that matched their skills and interests and allowed them to make a contribution that they found meaningful. It also supported managers looking to rapidly and easily acquire top talent with emerging and core skills in order to support their short-term project needs. Free Agents were screened for attributes that were beneficial for solving problems and skills that were in demand.
