CSPS Duathlon
Welcome to the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) Duathlon!

This event gives you the option to run and/or bicycle between any two CSPS locations, with anyone not wanting to participate encouraged to come out and cheer on your colleagues!
We will be using a time-speed-distance (TSD) rally timing, where first place will go to the person closest to the target times, not the fastest. The following are the specifications and target times:
- 5km - run one way between La Salle and Bayview Yards, target time is 25 minutes
- 8km - run one way between La Salle and Asticou, target time is 40 mins
- 10km - bike one way and run back between La Salle and Bayview Yards, target time is 40 minutes
- 16km - bike one way and run back between La Salle and Asticou, target time is 70 mins
*Please note the distances are estimated and may differ depending on the route(s) you take. You can use this PDF form to record your times the day of the event.

Wednesday June 23, 2019 between 10am and 12pm
10am - 16km start
10:30am - 8km and 10km start
10:45am - 5km start
11:10am - Target finish time for all events
