Patrick is co-founder of Hackfest.ca and has been involved in the computer security field for over 20 years and is currently working as an Offensive Security Lead at LogMeIn. Patrick has a B.Sc. and a DEC in Computer Science and has always been active in the community and in security events. In addition to his background in application penetration testing and offensive security, he has been a speaker for over 10 years and has offered workshops at Def Con, Blackhat, DerbyCon and many other local events in Quebec such as JiQ, LesAffaires, Web à Québec and many universities and colleges.
In addition to his involvement in the computer security community, he is an advisor on the committee of the first cybersecurity policy of the province of Quebec and a participant of the largest technical security podcast La French Connection (https://securite.fm).
