|Managing digital products sometimes requires a different approach than traditional project management. In this workshop, you'll learn product management fundamentals, and apply these concepts to your work through hands-on activities. You'll also have a chance to learn from others who have incorporated product management into their public service organizations and hear about their journey to successful product teams.
|You've identified a mission — to make something better, to change a process, to solve a problem — but how do you know if you've gotten to the root of the problem before you design a solution? Do you know what you’re trying to solve? This multi-session workshop will help teams take a broad problem or challenge they are facing and break it down into specific pieces, gain an understanding of users, and identify possible solutions to explore.
