By leveraging technology, the CSC was able to resume its intensive hiring strategy, despite the COVID-19 restrictions, through a fully virtual hiring process. The CSC was therefore able to participate in a pilot project using Vid-Cruiter and automate its entire hiring process without compromising the quality of successful candidates.
