This platform can be used by BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) employees to:
- connect with colleagues in other departments and levels.
- informally mentor or be mentored by other BIPOC employees
- find colleagues working on Anti-Racism or Inclusivity and Diversity.
Ally's, networks, committees may use this platform to locate subject matter experts or possible guest speakers for events. BIPOC employees interested informal mentorship consisting of a few emails/calls can use this platform to connect with other BIPOC employees who share their own lived experiences.
