Application Portfolio Management (APM) is a response to the Policy on Management of Information Technology

6.2.15 Producing the departmental IT Plan and IT progress report, the IT expenditure report, and responding to compliance monitoring and performance measurement processes and on-going Application Portfolio Management update reports..

OCIO develops the guidance and the tool for departments to submit their data on a continuous basis.

The data in APM is MAFd.

As of April 1st, the new Directive on Service and Digital takes effect:

4.1.1.7 Producing the departmental IT expenditure report and on-going Application Portfolio Management update reports.
