On February 18 and 19, 2021, join the Canada School of Public Service and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as they co-host the fifth annual Government of Canada Data Conference. The theme of this year's conference is "An Integrated Data Community to Build Back Better". It is in keeping with the Government of Canada's priority for recovery and its commitment to bring about positive systemic change through quality data in collaboration with key stakeholders from civil society, academia and different levels of government.

For the first time , participants will be able to collaborate virtually on content ranging from innovation to data literacy, governance and learning. Building on the success of previous years, the Data 2021 Conference will help build the capacity and skills of data users and data specialists to effectively perform their data management, analysis and processing functions.


Following the main conference , the Data Literacy Festival will take place on February 22-23. Interactive workshops will be offered to showcase projects and tools to increase the data literacy of public servants.
