« Les sous-ministres champions des relations universitaires sont des acteurs de premier plan dans le renouvellement de la fonction publique. Leur mandat consiste à bâtir les relations entre la fonction publique du Canada et les différentes universités, en vue de cerner les priorités conjointes, d'harmoniser et de promouvoir les travaux de recherche pertinents et de faire connaître les possibilités de carrière dans la fonction publique. » (lien)
