What is this?
The Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) Indigenous Reconciliation Hub provides information for employees on ESDC programming relevant to Indigenous Peoples, as well as access to Indigenous training, tools, and departmental networks.
ESDC works to improve the standard of living and quality of life for all Canadians by developing, managing and delivering social programs and services. ESDC manages programs specific to Indigenous Peoples, such as Indigenous Labour Market programs, as well as programs of general application that also benefit Indigenous Peoples, for example, the Canada Child Benefit. The ESDC Portfolio includes the Labour Program, Service Canada and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
