Virtual Training

To support rapid adoption of TEAMS during the COVID-19 crisis Microsoft will be hosting online Teams training sessions in both English and French for GC employees. There is no limit to the number of participants that can register. The sessions are intended for end-users covering the topics such as: Intro to Teams, using Chat, Channels, Activity, Meetings and more.

Pre-recorded Training Sessions

These sessions are pre-recorded are offered with a live moderator to answer questions from participants. Offered by Microsoft, the training sessions will be delivered online for a duration of 90 minutes. Registration is required but there is no limit to the number of participants.

Live Training Sessions

The sessions provide general Teams training. Each session is delivered by both an online moderator and a team responding to questions received via chat in real time during the sessions.
