A Chatbot to Support Canadian Companies
GAC is advancing its digital strategy with the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) by deploying Adobe's Digital Experience platform (DXP) to support Canadian organizations operating internationally.
As part of this initiative, the development of a chatbot (Eva) is an integral component meant to make it easier for Canadian organizations to find the resources to support and grow their businesses.

As part of its data modernization journey, GAC has introduced its first set of enterprise-wide data standards to strengthen trust in data and support good data governance.

DiploAgent – Agentic AI for Diplomacy
GAC has launched a pilot program which leverages AI to support diplomacy.
The program aims to use agentic AI to make existing diplomatic functions more efficient and effective, and to challenge us to use AI to help us do diplomacy in previously unimaginable ways for Canadians.
