Our goal is to inform and enhance the work of employee networks, as well as shape federal policies and processes. Public servants can add to this database by logging in, selecting "Edit," and clicking on a row in the table to add data-related websites. The Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Dashboard reports on psychosocial risk factors outlined in the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. The Dashboard helps organizations measure psychological health and safety strengths and gaps to support the Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Strategy. It provides overall and demographic data at the public service and individual organization levels, with scores for 10 of the 13 psychosocial factors based on Public Service Employee Survey results.

They can access comprehensive data to understand trends and specific issues, informing policy and practices to improve workplace mental health and safety.
