À propos de nous

The National Managers’ Community (NMC) is an interdepartmental federal network dedicated to supporting Public Service managers and ensuring their insights and experiences shape the future of public sector management. We work closely with key partners, advisory boards, and committee members to understand managers' needs and challenges, driving initiatives that reflect their perspectives across the Public Service.

Our mission is to support continuous improvement and innovation in public sector management. We provide meaningful outreach and engagement opportunities, fostering a dynamic and inclusive managers’ community.

We offer discussions, panels, mentoring, coaching, and workshops to equip managers with the insights, connections, and practical skills needed to thrive in their roles and support a more.

The NMC Secretariat

The NMC Secretariat team unite efforts to promote the needs and interests of federal managers. The Secretariat facilitates two-way communication, acting as a knowledge broker to engage stakeholders, increase dialogue, exchange information, and share best practices.
