Session 21
- Nominate someone in your EA BizA departmental group to:
- Present your organization's EA priorities.
- Tell the group how the GC EA BizA CoP has helped so far.
- Tell the group what you expect from this CoP going forward.
- You can present one slide, or talk to the 3 points off-the-cuff... whatever works for you.
- If you are just happy to be part of the CoP, or like to be a lurkin' learner, say so!
- We'll fit as many volunteers in this session as we can.
We have participants from 20 organizations, so those who didn't have a chance to share, will be added to an agenda item for the first 10 minutes of the following sessions (let's say 3 departments at the beginning of every session).
Proposed future topics for discussion & presentation:
- Organizational Change Management (Kareim Elattar @DFO will approach an OCM expert in his department)
- Minimal Viable Architecture Working Group Concept (DND to Lead)
- Benefits Realization (Don Charboneau @SSC)
- Sharing/Consolidating Departmental Standards (IT and other), possibility of promoting this to TBS (Collaborative effort - no lead at this time)
