Step 1 Share materials If you have pre-departure materials you would like us to review, please reach out to: outreach.sensibilisation@international.gc.ca. Depending on the number of materials, you may need to share a link to a cloud drive. However, if you are only sharing a few documents, please feel free to attach them. If you would like us to add our information to a public facing webpage, please copy the text into a Microsoft Word document and we will add our proposed changes to it tracked.

Step 2 We will confirm receipt and provide an estimated timeframe of when you can expect to receive our input.

Tips to update your web content + pre-departure material

1 - Referencing our department Please update the title of our department from Foreign Affairs Canada to Global Affairs Canada

2 - Remove mention of “The travel smart app” Unfortunately, this application no longer exists. Instead, please direct users to travel.gc.ca/youth for the suite of resources tailored to their needs.

3 - Remove mention of “Her own way-- a Woman’s safe-travel guide This publication was removed in 2022 and replaced by our webpage: Advice for women travellers. If the publication is mentioned in any of your materials, please replace the hyperlink and title with the updated webpage.
