Pre-departure presentations for students

Step 1 Reach out to us with a proposed date and confirm whether you would like us to present our pre-departure presentation, or would like us to feed into yours. If we are adding slides to your presentation, please attach the PowerPoint. Are preferred method of contact is via email at: outreach.sensibilisation@international.gc.ca We also prefer the meeting platform be Microsoft Teams. Please flag if an alternative platform would be used, so we can ensure we have access.

Step 2 We will confirm if we are available on the proposed date. If applicable, we will also provide an estimated timeframe to include our slides in your presentation.

Step 3 We ask that you share the meeting invitation with us at outreach.sensibilisation@international.gc.ca. Please also ensure that we have presenting rights and let us know in advance if the session is to be recorded.
