During this session, we will introduce the ESDC Workplace vision and the concept of Activity-Based Working (ABW). We will educate participants on the “why” of change and the changes that will take place in their work environment that will impact the way they work.

<h3 style="color: #5789BA">SKILLS SESSION: MASTERING MY ESDC WORKPLACE </h3>The purpose of this skills session is to encourage ESDC employees to develop a way of living, working, and using their EDSC Workplace that supports their physical health and well-being and promotes respectful practices that foster a harmonious environment. Employees will be introduced to an ideology based on 4 skills: know-how, life skills, living skills and communication skills, which emphasize skill, safety, conduct, collaboration, and awareness.
