Audrey-Anne Racine (Elle/She/Her) works as a Senior Human Resources (HR) Advisor atat Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Audrey-Anne began her career in the public service as a student in 2019 at Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), then she became a public servant through the student bridging process in 2021. From 2020 to 2023, she worked at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) as a student worker, casual worker and public servant. She was involved in student onboarding and retention, and employment equity (EE) group recruitment processes. In 2023, she joined a small Government of Canada (GC) organization for one year, where she had the opportunity to work on EDI, accessibility, human resources planning and official languages.She was Co-Chair of GC Students under the [[Federal Youth Network|Federal Youth Network (FYN)]] from 2021 to 2023. With her motivation, creativity and commitment, she reestablished the student network by promoting interdepartmental collaboration and equal access to resources for all students.
