Lynn Roseberry is a distinguished leader in adult learning, instructional design, and organizational strategy, with several decades of experience across federal public service. Respected for her ability to bridge theory and practice in developing impactful learning solutions, Lynn thrives in championing innovation in learning and training, workforce development and performance, as well as service excellence. Serving as Director at the College@ESDC, Lynn has led transformational learning and service initiatives enabling thousands of employees each year who, in turn, serve millions of Canadians, clients, and communities. A passionate advocate for capacity-building, Lynn has forged partnerships across federal departments, provincial and international counterparts, as well as private-sector experts, ensuring workforce solutions for ESDC’s strategic and operational priorities and challenges as well as priorities of the Government of Canada.
