Grâce à des supports de recherche visuels et digestes, Daniel montre également comment il distille les idées des communautés afin de les soutenir et de les alimenter.  Il aime également développer la confiance créative des autres et les inciter à penser à des scénarios alternatifs. Daniel possède une expertise en matière de recherche sur les utilisateurs, de conception de services, de conception graphique, de publicité et de gestion de projets. Il dirigera le projet de recherche New Models for Cross-functional Learning (XfN 2.0), participera aux activités de sensibilisation et contribuera à la conférence annuelle de la communauté politique.
