GCcollab and GCconnex: What's the difference?

GCcollab

Gccollab and GCconnex are both collaboration platforms for working with others, online, in real-time. GCcollab lets you invite and work with partners outside of the Federal Government, while GCconnex is only available to Federal Public Servants.

GCconnex

GCconnex is an older collaboration platform, and is only accessible to federal public servants. GCconnex is now in maintenance mode and is not being furthered developed.

Product Comparison

If you're looking to use one of our tools, we recommend registering for GCcollab. GCcollab allows you to work with people outside of government, and also gives you access to a suite of other tools using the same account and login information. One account gives you access to GCcollab, GCmessage, and GCwiki. However, GCconnex only gives you access to GCconnex and GCpedia, both of which are only available to Federal Public Servants, and are no longer being upgraded or updated.
