Employee Resource Groups are a proven way to increase engagement and inclusion at work for all employees. They are a critical way equity an equity seeking public servants can come together, share ideas, create safe spaces and make new connections.

This is a crowdsourced list aiming to highlight some of the great work being done across the GC in support of Employee networks. With our current understanding of systemic racism as outlined in the Clerk’s Call to Action, departments and Agencies are encouraged to support employee networks and provide them with support, resources and a high level of autonomy.

Please use the below list to add information about a particular department or agency. Provide a score of 1 for each network and add your totals to the last column.
