Account Setup

• You should have received an email from Shared Service Canada with the credentials needed to log in.
  • The username name is in the form of fisrtName.lastName-optionnalOtherName.asc-csa@gccollaboration.ca (ie. john.doe.asc-csa@gccollaboration.ca or jane.doe-smith.asc-csa@gccollaboration.ca)
  • You should have been provided with a temporary password.

• Set up your account. Be sure to give a valid phone number and email in case you forget your password.

Loging in Microsoft Teams

• If you don't already have MS Teams, you can download it or you can use the web application.
• Log in using your username (@gccollaboration.ca) and the password you created.

Password reset

• You can go directly to your account security settings

• Otherwise, you can manually navigate the website:
  • Log in your account in a web browser here.
  • After loging in, click on your initials on the top right corner of the home page.
  • Click on My account
  • Click on Security and Privacy on the left pane.
  • Click on Change password
