I am an adaptable communicator,focused on the bridging of ideas to people by facilitating the development of concepts, processes and frameworks through a tested methodology of: gather, plan, build, and evaluate. My background in advertising, management consulting, and anthropology, provides me with a unique skill set that allows me to engage and empower teams from diverse backgrounds and personality types. I also apply this skill set in training projects, bridging people and knowledge.
