Absence Management

Unable to enter, modify or delete absences when a future dated hire/rehire has been entered. Description: You are not allowed to enter, modify or delete absences from the previous fiscal year or prior to the hire/rehire date.

Organizations: All organizations.
Target Window: N/A
Workaround: Please contact the MyGCHR Service Desk. We will temporarily move the 'Retro Limit Date' which will ensure you are able to enter or modify your absence transactions.
Please note:

• The Retro Limit Date will have to be changed back to the latest hire/rehire date.
• The Retro Limit Date will never be moved to a previous fiscal year.
