The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat is developing a new Second Official Language Training Framework that is effective, accessible, learner-driven and includes the needs for equity-deserving groups (or equity-seeking groups) to support a culture that promotes bilingualism in the workplace as well as ongoing learning and regular use and maintenance of Second Official Language skills.
