Pourquoi?

Les gens s’attendent à ce que leur gouvernement crée et fournisse des services et des programmes numériques simples, sécuritaires et efficaces, et ils en ont besoin.

En améliorant les compétences numériques et en améliorant notre utilisation des outils et plateformes numériques, nos emplois deviennent plus faciles. Tous les employés du gouvernement et toutes les organisations gouvernementales peuvent mieux remplir leurs fonctions, améliorer les services et les programmes afin de mieux servir les gens et prendre des décisions plus éclairées à tous les niveaux de direction.

Digital is about good delivery – through client services, programs, research, or internal services – all public servants need to be digitally fluent.
