Our Recruitment Process
Our accommodation process: For you to perform at your bestWe offer various assessment accommodation measures that aims to remove barriers to a fair assessment and allow candidates to fully demonstrate their competency. The accommodations can be a change made to an assessment procedure, format or content, without altering the qualification being assessed nor the proficiency level required, Most of the people who request assessment accommodation do it on the basis of a disability. However, accommodation can be requested for any legitimate need relating to one of the 13 prohibited grounds for discrimination set out in the Canadian Human Rights Act. To be accommodated based on a disability, you will need to provide us with information related to your functional limitations, which can be temporary, visible or invisible. In many cases, you may only need to fill out a simple form. You won’t need to provide us with your exact diagnosis, just information on how your functional limitations may affect the assessment. If you have a disability-related functional limitation or a personal situation that may impact your performance during the selection process, such as a test or interview, we encourage you contact us through the mailbox listed below. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate accommodations for your needs. Contact InformationWould you like to receive more information on something we did not cover on this page?
