Virtual Training

To support rapid adoption of MS Teams during the COVID-19 crisis, Microsoft is hosting online training sessions in both English and French for GC employees. The sessions are intended for end-users and will cover topics such as: Intro to Teams, using Chat, Channels, Activity, Meetings and more.

Pre-recorded Training Sessions

These training sessions are pre-recorded are offered with a live moderator to answer questions from participants. Offered by Microsoft, the sessions will be delivered online for a duration of 90 minutes. Registration is required but there is no limit to the number of participants.

Live Training Sessions

The sessions provide general MS Teams training. Each session is delivered by both an online moderator and a team responding to questions received via chat in real time during the sessions. Up to 10,000 participants can join per session.
