Extended deadline: Supply Chain Regulatory Review consultation

On November 7, 2023, TBS launched the Supply Chain Regulatory Review consultation through the Let’s Talk Federal Regulations engagement platform. We are pleased to report that the submission deadline has been extended to February 5, 2024.

The Supply Chain Regulatory Review is examining where improvements to regulations or regulatory practices can support efficient and resilient supply chains in Canada. We are seeking input from interested organizations and individuals on regulatory issues pertaining to:

  • critical minerals
  • transportation
  • border operations
  • broader supply chain regulations and regulatory practices

For more details and to provide input, refer to the Supply Chain Regulatory Review consultation.
