Accommodations and Security

  • Accommodations – this team delivers support services to maintain ATSSC spaces and infrastructure including the coordination of all building maintenance requests, management of physical assets, as well as planning and designing of spaces. Whether it’s an issue relating to building repairs or a question relating to your work space, this team will be at your service: facilities-installations@tribunal.gc.ca.

  • Security Briefing and Orientation – this team is responsible for the protection of employees, assets and information, for granting security screening levels and access to ATSSC space and they work toward ensuring that services and activities continue in the event of a disruption (emergency management/business continuity).

Classification, Organizational Design and Recruitment

  • Classification and Organizational Design - For managers at the ATSSC looking to create positions or review their organizational structure, the Classification and Organizational Design team can help in determining what position may need to be created. For all questions relating to classification and organizational design, please send an email to HR-RH.Classification@tribunal.gc.ca.

  • Staffing - Managers looking to recruit new talent or who are seeking the best human resources strategy for meeting organizational requirements can consult with their Staffing Advisor who will provide support, sound advice and guidance throughout the staffing processes. For all questions relating to staffing (recruitment), please send an email to HRStaff-RHDot@tribunal.gc.ca.

The ATSSC works hard to maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.
