Description:
Everyone you encounter will develop a perception about you. What will they say about you as a peer? How can you influence feelings to confirm or change their first impression?
Learning Objectives:
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the impact that colleagues’ perceptions can have on their ability to work effectively or advance their careers
- Reflect on how others may perceive them
- Identify ways to control the narrative of their reputation using simple techniques
