This free course, developed by Apolitical in collaboration with the Federal Youth Network, is designed to help civil servants excel in their careers in the Government of Canada. Whether you manage brand-new civil servants in the Canadian Civil Service, or more experienced civil servants, they’ll be introduced to the knowledge, tools and connections to thrive. By the end of the course, they’ll understand how the government works, as well as being equipped to shape their career and contribute to meaningful change.
This initiative aims to foster a supportive environment where employees can strengthen their career development skills and gain confidence in navigating career transitions, whether they are managing WFA situations or exploring new career paths.
Our goal is to reduce stress and uncertainty during periods of change by providing employees the knowledge, skills, and support they need to move forward with confidence and find their next role.
We will be offering a variety of free sessions on topics such as résumé writing, interview preparation, skill building, and more. Everyone is welcome—no prior experience or specific role is required.
