French accented characters are incorrectly displayed in the Outlook Email Title bar and Subject line for MS Teams message notifications for users who have Windows, Office, and MS Teams set in French (Canada).
The HTML coding is displayed in the Outlook Title bar and Subject line instead of the correct accented characters. For example: “ Vous avez 2 réponses” instead of “ Vous avez 2 réponses”.
