The Office of Tina Namiesniowski, the Deputy Minister Champion for Federal Employees with Disabilities, is seeking feedback from federal employees, managers and practitioners on evidence-based tools under development by the [https://gcxgce.sharepoint.com/teams/10002594/SitePages/Better%20Accommodations%20Project%20Projet%20d%E2%80%99am%C3%A9lioration%20des%20mesures%20d%E2%80%99adaptation%20main%20page.aspx?ga=1 Better Accommodation Project] team.  

Learn more about this knowledge-to-practice initiative to help recruit, retain and advance employees with disabilities in the federal public service and beyond. Initiatives within the collaboration aim to expand access to adaptive equipment and services; increase access to human resources specialists with accessibility expertise; strengthen equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility training offerings; and provide better formulated employment benefits packages for employees with disabilities in the public service and beyond.
