<big>“If you don’t feel like you belong in this world, it’s because you were born to create a new one.” – Inspiring words from LLMC participant Allison Somenzi, a proud Swiss Canadian woman with the resilience required to overcome her own life’s challenges and to support those trying to overcome theirs.</big>

<big>Margaret Hamlin began her career 30 years ago with the Privy Council Office. While wishing this type of program existed years ago, LLMC’s emphasis on building connections resonated with her deeply: “This experience has been nothing short of transformative… I discovered and honed my voice, gaining invaluable insights into the roles of sponsorship, leadership, and negotiation. These skills are vital not only for personal development but also for fostering a work environment that encourages inclusivity and empowerment. I now see the profound impact inclusive leadership can have on an organization.”</big>

<big>Allison registered for LLMC to become a more effective leader and decision-maker when navigating complex, multifaceted issues: “I joined LLMC because I believe in the power of mentorship and the importance of fostering meaningful connections that drive growth.”</big>
