SECOND-LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR BILINGUAL SUPERVISORY POSITIONS (CBC INITIATIVE)

As of June 20, 2025, new appointments made to bilingual supervisory positions that involve the supervision of employees in bilingual regions will be required to meet a superior level of second official language proficiency. The documents below have been prepared to help institutions implement this policy change.
