Virtual Pavilion — Talent Platform
The GC Digital Talent Platform hosts a centralized network of jobs and opportunities within the GC, acting as a marketplace of opportunity for digital talent. Through this platform, candidates, both internal and external to the GC, have the ability to create a profile and receive customized job and opportunity alerts based on the information they have added.
The primary goal of the platform is to be a talent engine that can move swiftly to ensure that the Government of Canada has access to high-performing talent with in-demand digital skills, available when needed.
The platform is designed, piloted, and delivered by the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s (OCIO) Digital Talent and Leadership (DTL) sector.
What this means for you
The GC Talent Platform is a bold new approach to recruitment and mobility of digital talent in the GC. Those with digital vacancies can submit a request for talent and receive a customized list of qualified and available candidates who meet their requirements. They can also share their departmental processes on the platform to encourage digital talent to apply directly to it.
