Incarner le numérique

Quel que soit votre rôle, vous touchez au numérique d’une manière ou d’une autre en tant que fonctionnaire fédéral, soit par l’exécution de programmes ou la prestation de services, et en tant qu’utilisateur final de solutions numériques.

En tant qu’employé(e) du GC, le numérique compte…

Pourquoi?

Selon les attentes et les besoins des personnes, le gouvernement doit créer et offrir des services et des programmes numériques simples, sûrs et efficaces.

En améliorant nos compétences en matière de numérique et notre utilisation des outils et plateformes numériques, notre travail devient plus facile. L’ensemble des fonctionnaires et des organisations gouvernementales peuvent mieux remplir leurs fonctions, améliorer les services et les programmes pour mieux servir les citoyens et prendre des décisions plus éclairées à tous les niveaux de direction.

Qu’est-ce que le numérique?

Il s’agit de la manière dont l’intégration des personnes, des compétences, des comportements, de l’information et de la technologie façonne notre travail et nos modes d’interaction.
