As a worker of the Government of Canada, you have resources at your disposal to support and assist you in all areas of your life. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to you and your immediate family members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whether you are in distress, or need some mental health support. In your department you will find the following help resources Office of Informal Conflict Management (OICM) helps employees by acting as a neutral third party and offering them ways to prevent, manage and resolve workplace conflicts. Workplace Mental Health (WMH) directs employees and managers to information, programs and tools that can support and foster individual mental health as well as a culture of wellness, in the workplace and at home. Values and Ethics Office is always here to help guide you around values and ethics. If you are in distress, please contact your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or Crisis Services Canada. If it is an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency department.	'
