The 2SLGBTQQIA+ community faces a number of barriers working in the government. For example, the public service is still lacking the data necessary to assess the situation appropriately. The 2SLGBTQQIA+ community faces a number of barriers working in the government. For example, the public service is still lacking the data necessary to assess the situation appropriately. The Living Library and mentorship program can support employees from this community to grow throughout the public service to be in positions to enact positive changes.
We invite all members from the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community to explore this tool and reach out with any questions or concerns.
