+While the DCD leads the development of the OADW, partners across Canada and the globe are contributing to the project through knowledge-sharing, technical development, and human and financial resources. The Partnership and Business Development Strategy and a list of partners can be found in Annex 6. Partners currently include, but are not limited to:
