2. ROT exercise on COVID content

Your COVID content has been up for 6 months. Fall activity: Go review your content, especially alerts and remove them where possible.

COVID ROT approach:

  • Review the primer/key messages
  • Review content for outdated phrasing
  • Review content for duplication - with so much new content, it’s possible that content has been duplicated unknowingly - please review and link to authoritative content
  • Reminder of rapid content development model - Alerts linking to NRs, then summaries then integrated content.
  • Alerts guidance:
    • One alert per page - integrating into page content
    • Top banner blindness is real so integrate into page
