Virtual Training
To support rapid adoption of MS Teams during the COVID-19 crisis, Microsoft is hosting online training sessions in both English and French for GC employees. The sessions are intended for end-users and will cover topics such as: Intro to Teams, using Chat, Channels, Activity, Meetings and more.
These training sessions as both pre-recorded and live events. Both feature live moderation to answer questions you may have in real-time.
Pre-recorded Training Sessions
These pre-recorded training sessions are offered with a live moderator to answer questions from participants. Hosted by Microsoft, the sessions will be delivered online for a duration of 90 minutes. Registration is required but there is no limit to the number of participants.
