This document explains the roles and responsibilities of the persons responsible for Part VII of the OLA (PRP7) in supporting federal institutions in meeting the federal government's commitments set out in sections 41 and 41.1 of the OLA. It also includes suggestions for action and best practices to support federal institutions in advancing the implementation of Part VII. It is up to each federal institution to determine the specific roles and responsibilities of its PRP7.
