As an employer, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat is committed to creating a work environment conducive to diversity, inclusiveness, accommodation and respect of employee rights. This amendment allows for more opportunities for senior executives with disabilities while safeguarding bilingualism in the public service and respecting the official languages rights of members of the public and employees.
