Virtual Open House: Unpacking the Client-Centric Approach During a Pandemic
Our Service Innovation Centre of Excellence team is holding a Virtual Open House event to showcase how we can stay client-centric at this special, “new normal” time and beyond.
The new policy on service and digital requires us to take a client-centric approach in designing and delivering our services.
